Our mission is to recycle tonnes of Australian waste plastic and manufacture durable, resilient and superior products for our Rural Industries - the industries that underpin our Australian lifestyle.

According to the World Wildlife Fund:

“In 2017-18, we used some 3.4 million tonnes of plastics in Australia. Just 9.4% (320,000 tonnes) was recycled. Of that amount, 46% (145,700 tonnes) was reprocessed in Australia and 54% (174,300 tonnes) was exported for reprocessing.”

Our approach

We are procuring tonnes of waste plastic and reprocessing in our recycling and manufacturing facility in Clontarf, Queensland. Our Redbuck fencing products are manufactured for distribution to our customers across rural Australia. Our intent is to extend the product range, finding further innovative ways to use recycled plastic, for the environmental benefit to us all.

Closing the loop

With effective industry partnerships, we have created a closed-loop recycling system that allows us to obtain waste plastic from big industry producers, recover the plastic from this waste by use of modern recycling technology and processes, then re-use the plastic for our products. Our products (after a long a productive life) can then be broken down again and be re-used.

Key industry partners

We’re members of drumMUSTER, which provides Australian agricultural and veterinary chemical users with a recycling pathway for eligible empty agvet chemical containers. We are also members of AGFORCE, a peak organisation representing Queensland’s rural producers.
